Ten Premium mares are the foundation of our German Riding Pony breeding program. We believe in the best of mare quality and have spent 11 years developing our broodmare herd of Premium mares because we are committed to the fact that each foal is the result of their “total” genetic constitution. In order to have a foal born with superior ability and rideability BOTH parents need to provide the superior depth of pedigree, trainability, conformation, and athleticism. Understanding the nuances of inheritable factors behind several generations of lineages has been a life long education and one that very much continues today as we strive to continue “breeding forward” to design an even better pony for top sport and recreation.
